1. Acceptance

By accessing or using TimeStopwatch.com (the “Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service description

TimeStopwatch provides free web-based time tools — stopwatches, timers, calculators, converters, calendars and more. The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, decompile or attack the Service.
  • Use automated scripts to scrape content beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt.
  • Republish our tool code as your own product.
  • Remove or hide required attribution when embedding our widgets (see section 6).
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.

4. Accuracy disclaimer

Our timers rely on your device\'s system clock and browser APIs. While we aim for millisecond accuracy, we make no guarantee that timings are precise enough for legal, medical, athletic, scientific or safety-critical purposes. Do not use TimeStopwatch for any purpose where measurement error could cause harm.

5. Intellectual property

The site, its design, source code and content are the property of TimeStopwatch.com and are protected by international copyright and trademark law.

6. Embeddable widgets

Our Clock Widget and any other embeddable widget are free to use on personal and commercial websites subject to the following: the “Powered by TimeStopwatch.com” attribution must remain visible. Widgets contain an automated integrity check — removing the link causes the widget to stop working.

7. Third-party services

The Service includes third-party components (Google Analytics, Google AdSense). Your use of those services is subject to Google\'s terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall TimeStopwatch.com be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service is operated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
