1. Who we are
TimeStopwatch.com (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website at https://timestopwatch.com and its subdomains. You can reach us at saurabhdn99@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
Data you provide us: if you contact us by email, we receive your email address, name and message. We keep that correspondence only as long as necessary to respond and reasonable follow-up.
Data collected in your browser: all our tools run entirely in your browser. Your stopwatch laps, timer settings, favourites, calculator inputs and birthdays never leave your device.
Data collected automatically: our servers log ordinary access data (IP, user-agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and abuse-prevention purposes. Logs are automatically deleted after 30 days.
3. Cookies
We use two categories of cookies:
- Essential cookies — remember your language preference, theme (light/dark) and consent settings. Cannot be disabled.
- Advertising & analytics cookies — set by Google (Analytics + AdSense) to measure aggregate usage and serve ads. You can decline these using our consent banner or your browser settings.
4. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID G-46GGNTELCQ) with IP anonymisation enabled. This tells us how many visitors we get and which countries they come from — never individual identities.
5. Google AdSense
We display ads served by Google AdSense (publisher ca-pub-3584823300252981). Google may set cookies to personalise those ads. See Google\'s advertising policy for details or install a reputable ad blocker if you prefer non-personalised ads.
6. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You have the right to access, rectify, delete or restrict processing of your personal data. Since almost none of your data leaves your device, most of these rights are exercised by simply clearing your browser storage. For anything sent to us via email, contact saurabhdn99@gmail.com.
7. Children
Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Data transfers
Our servers are located in the European Union. Google (Analytics + AdSense) may transfer data internationally under standard contractual clauses.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via a banner on the homepage.
